Today we were searching for ranchi street food and so we found one stall near morabadi that was serving delicious dhuska , sabji and chutney . The crowd there attracted us . The stall was simple and they told us that they serve dhuska and aloo chop . But we decieded to taste the flavour of dhuska and in between we talked to a coustomer there about the flavour she also appreciated the flavour then our dhuska arrived at our hand in a dona ( Leaf Bowl) it was filled with chutney sabji and dhuska they told us that they were selling dhuska there from 2 years and the people there was loving the flavour and supporting the food stall we asked about the price the price was reasonable and cheap it was 15₹ 2 pcs dhuska which was very cheap . So we tasted the ranchi food which is traditionally a jharkhandi food , the taste was very delicious both the sabji and dhuska was perfect with each other but the chutney was adding so much flavour i suggest you that if you are looking for a light snack , traditional jharkhandi food then you can surely try the dhuska here.
