📖 A new chapter for Riverside Primary School!

Morgan Sindall is proud to be delivering a brand-new, net zero school for the Seacombe community, creating a modern, sustainable learning environment for pupils and staff.

Procured via the Department for Education Construction Framework, we’ve collaborated with key stakeholders through Client Engagement Meetings (CEMs) to develop a design that meets pupil and staff needs while aligning with DfE standards, incorporating:

✔️ State-of-the-art facilities to enhance learning
✔️ Net zero in operation for a sustainable future
✔️ A single, two-storey building replacing the existing structures
✔️ Temporary accommodation to ensure uninterrupted learning
✔️ Designed in collaboration with key stakeholders to meet pupils' needs
