Who knew a toner could smell good and work wonders for your face? Nothing alcohol like or astringent bearing here. You can a refreshing, moisturizing feeling when you swipe a little of this over your face. After I wash my face I believe wholeheartedly in restoring pH balance to skin with a great toner. And I think I have found the holy grail of toners here. It smells good, contains the best ingredients around you can put on your face, and works to keep my oily skin at bay. Using a good toner strips the excess oils my cleanser misses, or that extra makeup around the edge of my face I just didn't get when I am cleaning my face for the night (and half asleep!))
