Do you have referrals who didn't pass their trial demo? Or maybe you are a teacher yourself who applied and didn’t pass the trial demo?

As you know, at Magic Ears, we hold a high standard for how our lessons are presented to students and parents alike. For this reason, it has often been difficult for all but the most seasoned teachers to pass our demos and trial classes.

Now we are excited to announce a new initiative, Progress to Success. We value the effort that every applicant brings, and although we will still hold a high standard for new hires, we don't want to quickly turn anyone away who has the potential to succeed!


Starting now, for all applicants who pass the initial mini-demo but fail the trial demo, we will provide direct feedback on why they didn't pass. We will arrange for training if necessary, give them a chance to practice and implement our suggestions, and then allow unlimited attempts at passing the trial demo!

We realize that many of our past applicants had great potential, but due to lack of experience, nerves, or other factors, they may not have presented a successful trial demo. We're ready to invite them back to try again! We'll make an appointment with them to provide some feedback/training and then allow them to schedule another trial demo.

If you have referrals who didn't pass their trial demo, let them know that they can continue the process immediately! They do not have to wait 3 months and they do not have to reapply!

Applicants who previously didn't pass the trial demo can send an email to [email protected] with the subject 【Progress to Success】 to get started in this new training program. We're eager to help them qualify to become part of the Magic Ears Family of Heroes to Chinese Children!
