Building a Rack Mount Gaming PC with an RTX 4090 in the Sliger CX3171a XL

To make some space on my desk, I am moving my Gaming PC into a server chassis from Sliger. In theory the CX3171a XL can house my RTX 4090, Intel 14700k, ProArt Creator Z790 mobo, and DeepCool LT AIO with no issue. Unfortunately we run into some unexpected issues with my hardware that really prevents me from enjoying the fruit of my labor.
