The caller offers him two crores in exchange for the details of the security forces that inspector Bharat has arranged for the president’s visit. Bhaskar agrees to the deal. The next day, he attends a meeting with the commissioner and others and learns about the president’s plan. He requests a copy of the security force details, but inspector Bharat denies him, saying it is a top secret and only the commissioner can have it.
