Ultimate Phantom with Ultimate Storms

You really need the Sharpshooter skill to increase shot grouping. Otherwise, it is only effective at close range.

For this fast little robot, I still prefer Ultimate Scourge to others. It's lock on help a lot!

For other UE medium and mid ranged weapons, Punisher T is bad with its 8 second reload, Hussar needs perfect aiming which I'm not good at.

I will probably switch back to Ultimate Scourge soon.
