Je ju Island, a world-class tourist destination in South Korea.
516 road connecting Je ju city and Seo gwi po city in Je ju Island.
It was created during the 516 Military Coup and was named "516 Road."
The official road name is Local Road 1131.
It takes about an hour and a half to take this road from Je ju City to Seo gwi po City, but it is said that it took as long as five hours when there was no road.
516 Road is also popular with tourists because you can enjoy the summit of Hal la san Mountain, Seong pan ak, Forest Tunnel, and Ma bang mok ji(Je ju horse farm) while driving.
