Yarn over hook, insert hook into stitch, yarn over hook and draw through a loop, ( 3 loops on hook), yarn over hook and draw through 2 loops on hook, yarn over hook and insert hook into next stitch, yarn over hook and draw through a loop, ( 4 loops on hook), yarn over hook and draw through 2 loops on hook, ( 3 loops on hook), yarn over hook and draw through remaining 3 loops on hook (1 loop remains on hook).
