Japanese Jelly Coffee

Servings - 4

INGREDIENTS
Water - 350 milliliters
Instant coffee powder - 2 tablespoons
Sugar - 2 tablespoons
Agar agar powder - 1 teaspoon
Fresh cream - 70 grams
Condensed milk - 50 grams
Cocoa powder - for garnishing

PREPARATION
1. In a pan, add 350 milliliters water, 2 tablespoons instant coffee powder, 2 tablespoons sugar, and 1 teaspoon agar agar powder. Stir well and bring to a boil.
2. Remove from the heat and pour this into a serving cup. Rest for 30 minutes.
3. In a bowl, add 70 grams fresh cream and 50 grams condensed milk. Whisk well until smooth.
4. Once the coffee jelly has set, pour the cream mixture over it.
5. Garnish with cocoa powder.
6. Serve.
