LAY HO MA! This is something a little different but will change your life! When you get those days where you just cannot be bothered, rest in the comfort of knowing that you can make this delicious bowl of hot soup noodles in minutes! Join me in this episode and learn how to make homemade miso cup noodles. Let's begin

NOTE - in this episode, I'm using a 700ml jar

Ingredients:
3 broccolini
few grams red bell pepper
2 cremini mushrooms
1/4 tomato
1 stick green onion
1/4 cup edamame
1/4 corn
1g wakame seaweed
50g mung bean noodles
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp miso paste
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
splash toasted sesame oil
2 1/2 cups boiling hot water

Directions:
1. Chop the broccolini into small bite sized pieces and place them into a jar
2. Thinly slice the red bell pepper and mushrooms, then place into the jar. Dice the tomato, finely chop the green onion, and place into the jar
3. Add the edamame and corn to the jar
4. Break up the wakame seaweed into small pieces and add to the jar
5. Do your best to stuff the mung bean noodles into the jar
6. Add the onion powder, garlic powder, sesame seeds, miso paste, soy sauce, and toasted sesame oil into the jar. Close the lid and keep it refrigerated until ready to eat
7. Bring the water to boil in a kettle (or pot)
8. Transfer the noodles and veggies into the serving bowl
9. Pour in the boiling hot water. Quickly dissolve the miso paste by stirring around with chop sticks (try to be quick to retain as much heat as possible)
10. Cover the bowl for 8-10min
