In this 27th episode of the Podcast, we're talking about the inspiring journey of Shreeya Giri mam, a visionary entrepreneur who returned to Nepal from London. She came back with a big idea after realizing that people in Nepal needed help with their mental health. So, she started a startup called "Happy Minds," which provides therapy services and digital mental health literacy.

Currently, the start-up has over 30 mental health and project management professionals from around the world that provide digital mental health literacy and psychotherapy services to lead a journey of a healthy life, physically and mentally. One of her Happy Mind project has now become Nepal’s first mental health company to offer an Employee Assistance Program to provide mental well-being services to corporate houses like Unilever Nepal, The British College, Dabur Nepal, Leapfrog and many more.
Despite coming from a privileged family she chose the path of entrepreneurship and remains dedicated to marketing her business and devising strategies for Happy Minds. Shreeya Ma’am serves as an inspiration to many young women and entrepreneurs. We need more women like her who can motivate and lead the way for others.
