Born in 1963, Fazıl is curious about many subjects, reads a lot and doesn't forget what he reads about and can form multiple meaningful and valuable connections between many of these sub-jects. He is a consultant focused on the 'states' of the psychological, biological and social being that is the human. A 'forever student' who is not only interested in knowing, but in learning itself. Realizing that thinking and analyzing are not the same thing and starting a journey into becoming 'a thinker on humans and management' and consenting to wherever this journey might take him since he only knows how to travel; he is an inspiration.
For the past 20 years he has been a 'leader' and he's been trying to understand, define and exp-lain upon 'leadership', continues to cover ground upon man's constant development. He is a hu-man being that calculates what is between yesterday, today and tomorrow.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
