How can you live happy fun loving and carefree in the crazy stressful world? This past year has been stressful. This month has been stressful. Today and especially next week are also stressful. How do you stay in control? How do you stay driving the bus and not end up being a passenger in your own life?

It’s easy for people to tell other people what to do. Because of this you have to maintain control of your life. You have to decide what you want to do or not do. What can you do to relieve the stress? What can you do to be sure you are in control? As long as you are in control of your life that is what it is all about. That is what being happy fun loving and carefree is all about.

How do you control your head so you stay driving your bus and not sitting the back row along for the ride? One of the things you can do is don’t be afraid to say NO to people. Whether it’s a holiday and maybe a party or a family get together don’t be afraid to say no. Especial a work party or get together as these can be stressful.

Be prepared for things to just happen. Last week something came I did not want to deal with. It made me feel like I wasn’t in control. But it was something I had to deal with. So I did my best to maintain a level of control. But with many things you don’t always have to participate.
