​The First Edition Photobook Show features work by third­-year School of Image Arts students. The 50+ editions were inspired by the concept of mapping and include handmade boxes, scrolls, zines and newsprints. The show ran from Thursday, January 25 until Sunday, February 4, 2018, at Ryerson Artspace at the Gladstone Hotel.

The First Edition Photobook Show is a collaborative effort amongst Ryerson photography students working within various areas of the photography spectrum; with works belonging to the documentary, fashion, landscape, portraiture and still life genres. The show is a great opportunity to see the work of emerging Toronto artists, as well as a chance for visitors to get their hands on first edition, limited run works.​
