It is located above Haide Second Road in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, from Wenxin Square in the west to Houhaibin Road in the east. It is about 725 meters long and 20 meters wide. It is a two-story pedestrian street. In September 2025, after the opening of the cross-back Haibin Road overpass, Shenzhen Bay Street extended east to the Talent Park, forming an aerial corridor of about 2 kilometers.
