Yesterday felt like one of those days where everything just flowed.
Slow morning, good energy, country club vibes, steps, sauna time, and one of my strongest leg days yet.
I hit multiple PRs (!!) and honestly felt so proud of the way my body is responding to this reverse phase — stronger, fuller, happier.
