We have all heard the phrase "baby mama/ baby daddy drama". While it may be trendy or funny to some, it is not so funny when you are enduring it. As a family law attorney for over 27 years now, I go through the storm with my clients. I feel the pain of single mothers who are struggling to raise their children alone. Been there, done that! But, also, I hurt for my male clients who fight so desperately just to establish or maintain a relationship with their children after the relationship with the mother ends. Neither's pain is greater than the other. However, men are taught to be tough and strong, able to endure life's obstacles. However, the inability to be an involved parent in their children's lives can buckle even the strongest giants. This is Sam's story of his fight to maintain a relationship with his four children after divorce.
