00:06 to 00:19 In the performance report you can easily get 3 years analytical reports in such way the comparison between previous years becomes easy and you can do year wise analysis easily.

00:24 to 00:34 You will find the performance report in the Reports menu under Analysis reports - where you can see the 3 years analysis are available.

00:42 to 00:51 In which groups like #Cash in Hand, Bank #Account, Receivable, #Payable, Sales and Purchase Ratio Analysis are available.

01:13 to 01:26 All the groups that are available are the “default group”. Now if you want to add any group to the report as per your requirement, then you can do that by clicking on the “Add group button” available here.
01:26 to 01:31 Click on add group button - select group and press TAB, new group will be added.
01:31 to 01:38 Now if you want to change the stock method, you can do that too with the help of stock method button.
01:38 to 01:46 On clicking the #Stock Method button, you will be shown the Stock Method drop down, from which you can select and set the Stock Method.

01:52 to 02:07 You can get particular year wise ratio report by using ratio analysis button and also you can get ratio of particular period by changing date option at bottom left corner.

02:13 to 02:30 And the last but the most important haval effect in which capital, depreciation, unsecured loan will be added, as soon as you click on the haval effect button, the annual profit will be displayed considering the #haval amount only.
