The largest energy aid package for Ukraine, in addition to further military support, is now on its way. This is what the country’s president Volodymyr Zelenskyy said following a meeting with EU and NATO leaders at the Munich Security Conference.

Speaking about the ongoing Ukraine peace negotiations, U.S. President Donald Trump said that his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelenskyy “has to move” while also claiming that Russia “wants to make a deal.” He also added that talks with Europe about Greenland are still underway.

German Chancellor Friedrich Merz delivered a keynote speech at the Munich Security Conference, making it clear that ending the war in Ukraine should be the utmost priority for both Europe and the United States.
