Figure I'd share some of my recreational routes/locations. Toronto doesn't have a lot of gravel, but there are some spots within the city to check out. The Leslie Spit has a number short trails and loops. Some do not permit cycling (they're narrower and intended for birdwatchers) and usually have signs. Other areas are wide, but can get pretty rough.

The Don connects to a couple of trails and some flowy singletrack. A good start point for this is Crothers Woods, where I do the Sun Valley loop.

As a disclaimer: I do not recommend visiting any location that could have a higher amount of foot/cycle traffic at this time. Distancing is difficult on shared trails currently. I had planned to do a number of loops of Sun Valley, but due to the number of people, I left after one pass.
