This is a promo video for the Neo-Geo game that came before the anime, thus a slightly different art style. Upscaled from original 425i composite LD-video to 4K using Topaz Video because why not?

A brief explanation as to where this video is from. There was a guide book for the Neo-Geo game that came with a bonus CD-Video disk with a couple of short videos - one of them is the intro in question, another one is a slightly censored version of the intro (Shaia's transformation is shortened) together with some Neo-Geo game footage.

What is this disk? Despite looking identical to a CD or a DVD, this is an ANALOG laser video disk, essentially a mini-LD, meant to be played on LaserDisc players.
If you want to play one, you will need:
1. Guidebook with the disc, they still show up on Ebay for $120 or so.
2. A used LaserDisc player that actually works (they don't make them anymore). Remember, this is an ANALOG disc and it will not play on any CD/DVD/BluRay player or drive.
3. Some kind of analog video capture device.

Too much work for 4-5 minutes of video!
