Himavad Gopalaswamy Hills, located in the Gundlupete Taluk, Chamarajanagar district of the state of Karnataka, India at a height of 1450m and is extensively wooded. The temple is dedicated to Gopalaswamy, which is one of the names of the Hindu god Krishna.
