Meghan Hayes is an Associate Director at Carnegie Mellon University’s Center for Technology Transfer and Enterprise Creation (CTTEC). Her role includes full-cycle, comprehensive management of technology transfer activities - ownership of IP discovery, diligence, patenting, and budgeting; license strategy, valuations, negotiations, and compliance, and mentoring to junior licensing staff - arising from CMU research programs, principally from the National Robotics and Engineering Center and the College of Fine Arts.
