Cassava or Yuca Cake

This classic Filipino recipe is a popular dessert served as a snack or dessert on special occasions. There are different recipes around but this one is far easier and does not have toppings so it's not too sweet. For vegans see below.

Ingredients:
900g grated cassava or yuca
400g shredded young coconut
2 cups coconut milk ( or 1 can of 400ml)
1 can condensed milk (397g) for ( for vegans, use vegan condensed milk)
1/2 cup sugar (either brown or white)
1/2 cup soft butter or spread ( for vegan, use vegan spread)
2 pcs raw eggs (for vegan, don't include this)
