Hey everyone! In this video, I compare two flat bottom brewers that have been gaining tons of traction recently: Kalita & Origami. I’ve loved being able to test a variety of coffees side-by-side on these brewers. As always, the coffee origin, roast level, altitude and variety will play a big role in what the brewers deliver! For this video, I used a mixed batch (washed/natural) Colombian from Little Owl coffee. If you have these two brewers (or any other flat bottoms), I’d encourage you to try brewing side-by-side and see what results you get from your coffee! Let me know what you find!
