For almost four years now, I’ve been raising chickens for fresh eggs. It isn’t a hobby I ever saw coming—but it’s one I’ve come to really enjoy. I’ve fallen in love with these silly birds. However, more often than not we have more eggs than we know what to do with (especially in the summer) and never want them going to waste.

So enters the Best Day Egg Stand. The intention with the egg stand is to be able to offer fresh eggs, baked goods, and produce to our community. While raising chickens for eggs and gardening are newer hobbies for me, baking has always been a passion. And I’m looking forward to seeing what else I can do.
