ACL set of rules matches source IP, destination IP address, IP protocol, ports.
We can either Allow or deny the specific traffic moving through the router using ACLs.
Controls the flow of traffic from one network to other via router

ACLs use first-match logic. (Sequential order)
Once a Packet matches one line in the ACL,
The router takes the action listed in that line of the ACL
and stops looking further in the ACL.
if a packet does not match any of the items in the ACL,
the packet is discarded.
has a deny all statement implied at the end of the ACL.
t does not exist in the configuration
