Cellmatic powered by FLO i8 liquid handler optimizes cell counting plate preparation for precise cell analysis. The built-in delidder ensures sterile and efficient access to lidded plates, while the vision system detects tip positioning and labware presence automatically. Cells are dislodged and evenly suspended with media, then stained with Trypan blue at a user-defined ratio. The stained cells are transferred to Formulatrix’s custom counting plates, where they wick into the chambers for accurate counting. Finally, plates are automatically re-lidded to prevent contamination and evaporation, ensuring reliable results for your research.
