Will Procera AVH improve your memory or is it a scam? Well, if you go to the Procera website they say "Procera AVH is Americans #1 memory supplement and that it "helps to nourish the brain, to bring back the memory you had 10 or 15 years ago, improving your mental clarity. Improving your concentration -- And elevating your mood."

Procera- The infomercials were more of a turn off than anything. But, when I found out they sold this product at GNC, I took a chance, took a leap, and bit the bullet.

Right off, no joke, I could tell a difference. I was able to focus better, for longer periods of time, and after a couple weeks, I found it easier to retrieve information, such as names. When I took some memory tests, online, I did much better than I expected.

The infomercial indicates this supplement helps improve mood. I've tried a LOT of antidepressants, over the past two decades, and none have helped. So, a tiny part of me was hoping this supplement might be beneficial. And I have to say that my mood HAS improved. Thankfully!

As an aging woman, I also take Estroven, and I think, combined, these supplements have helped lessen immense fatigue, overwhelming depression, and intense brain fog.

I take the supplements with breakfast, and have never had a problem falling asleep at night.

Procera-- First of all I think it's important the reviewers mention some background on their physical condition, because I think this product will probably have a more dramatic effect on older users.

My father had Alzheimer's, and with him, there was a significant improvement in his cognitive abilities. He was more coherent, and actually engaging, where as before he would sit quietly, never speaking or contributing to the conversation. He was 77 when he starting using this product.

Now myself, I only noticed a slight improvement; however there WAS an improvement none the less. I'm a 33 year old male, I'm physically active, and I work in the I.T. field. As such I'm constantly studying to update my certifications and to gain familiarity w/ emerging technologies. However my memory prior to taking this was near eidetic, so there was not much room. Still, I do find it easier to retain information, and better long-term conversion when amassing volumes of granular facts & procedural configuration.

So I give it 3 stars because this is an age-dependent product. Probably a more worthwhile investment if you are over 50. If you're in your 20's or 30's, probably less so.

am an analyst and spend my days studying legal contracts and analyzing data all day long. I found that as I am nearing menopause, my memory and focus were slowly slipping away. My fear was that I might be entering early stages of Alzheimers, but after reading many materials about menopause, I found that this was a common problem among older women.
I heard about Procera on my Christian talk radio station and it seemed almost too good to be true. However, I was desperate. I needed to do something so I tried it out. Thank God I did. Within the very first week, I noticed my ability to recollect information was coming more rapidly. It was as if something was removing the fog and returning clarity to my thinking. I truly felt rejuvenated...and happier.

Here's the kicker.
My son has ADHD and is in high school. He has always had trouble focusing and can be quite forgetful at times. He started taking Procera and it actually helped him in the classroom to retain more of his lessons. His grades shot up from C's and D's to A's and B's. He also seems to be happier and far less frustrated. I am only speaking from my own personal experience. I know that there is no mention of this product helping ADHD, but I have informed Procera of the benefits.

I did find over time that I would not need 3 pills a day and discussed with the customer service to adjust my auto shipping. They were very helpful and accomodating. There have been no problems with shipping or overcharging as so often is the case with other mail order products.

My feeling is this. I know there are MANY gimmicky things out there, and I rarely recommend products unless I can really get behind them.
Procera and Ceraplex are worth it!!!
