What’s happening with helluva boss season 3?

So at the moment one of the most requested questions i get is what’s happening with season 3 of helluva boss. I’ll discuss that and more in this short.

So a month ago in january at animate raleigh galaxycon one fan asked richard horvitz how many shorts we’ll get in between season 2 and 3. Richard said they have 8 recorded, and that we’ll get our fill.

Based on the way he said it, it’s likely that this year we’ll only be getting helluva boss shorts, and perhaps season 3 of the show will debut in 2026 instead.

That means starting in april, we could receive 1 helluva boss short per month. There could be as short break at some point, depending on when season 2 of hazbin hotel releases.

Personally i believe that theory. But obviously at some point we’ll get more news revealing the true answer. I think the shorts will keep people busy until season 3, and maybe they’ll include some hints for future episodes a bit like how emberlynn’s episode did with the satan fanfiction.
