Pacific Fair opened in 1977 and was a state-of-the-art shopping centre with 96 specialty stores, entertainment, a fish pond and 300 carparks. Years later the $670 million AUD refurbishment of Pacific Fair plus extended extra stores and recreational outdoor mall. At Broadbeach Gold Coast, completed in 2016.
