Eating Halal Food At Haji's

A family owned and operated joint, Haji’s is a 100% Halal joint, and that’s not all, there is a bit of a twist. The place is owned by this gentleman, and his name is Mustafa Wahab. His family hailed from Tibet a long time ago, and settled here at this place in Kathmandu. His father was an avid cook at home, and our Mustafa dai here inherited all of his delicious recipes and expertise on herbs, some of which he uses here at his humble little joint. So, what I am expecting here is a twist of flavours — an amalgamation of Tibeto-Chinese flavours with Muslim way of cooking.
