灯笼草~(黄姑娘)功效与作用
【別名】燈籠果、打額泡、地燈籠、天泡果、打撲草、苦燈籠草、炮仔草、母炮草,天泡子、天泡草、黄姑娘、小酸浆、朴朴草

药理作用：
本植物对子宫有收缩作用，孕妇忌用。
性味功能：
苦、寒。清热解毒，行气，消胀，消肿利尿。
【化學成份】
根含有機酸、氨基酸、黃酮甙、酚類及糖類。葉含綠原酸。果實富於胡蘿蔔素，含水分89.55％、氮2.01％、脂肪0.28％、糖類3.51％、纖維素0.69％、灰分0.78％、有機酸0.56％。果汁中每100毫升含抗壞血酸40毫克，胡蘿蔔素類2.6毫克。果殼含氯化鉀、檸檬酸鉀、植物甾醇，又含不飽和脂肪酸的油酸、亞油酸、亞麻酸及飽和脂肪酸。此外尚含0.03％無定形的甙，鞣質、還元糖。
種子含6.28％的半幹性油，其組成中有反油酸、油酸、亞油酸、棕櫚酸、硬脂酸、花生酸等，但末找出亞麻酸；又分離出一種甾醇。
【功能主治】清熱解毒，消炎利水。主治感冒發熱，腮腺炎，支氣管炎，急性腎盂腎炎，睪丸炎，泡疹，癤瘡，肺脓疡，痢疾，小便不利，外用治脓泡疮。用量：15-30克。外用适量，鲜品捣烂敷患处。孕妇忌服。
参考配方：
1.急性咽喉炎：灯笼草30克，地锦草15克，共捣烂冲蜜服。
2.慢性气管炎：灯笼草制成糖浆，每日服药折合干品150克，分3次服，10天为一疗程，共3个疗程。
3.细菌性痢疾：灯笼草30克，水煎服。

4.喉头炎、热咳、咽痛：灯笼草鲜根30克，水煎服。或全草研细粉，每日两5-10克，开水送服，连服3日。
5.急性肝炎：鲜灯笼草根60克，捣汁，温开水冲服。每日2次。
