We have very few drone flying places in Singapore. The airports' no-fly-zones took up more than half of the Singapore Island. And for remaining half of the land area, half of it as no-fly-zones for industrial/military/nature-reserves reasons. So you left with may be about 25% of land area where drones allowed but most of these area are dense residential area not suitable for drone flying.

For recreational purpose, checks needed to ensure you are not violating any no-fly-zones or drone laws in Singapore.
1) In general, max altitude of 60m, Register your drone with CAAS if it is more than 250g weight, Pilot has to be at least 16 year old. Max drone weight less than 7kg

2) Check and make sure your flying location is not inside any CAAS no-fly-zones

3) Check and make sure there is no shutdown of some air-space by CAAS during that date you are flying your drone. CAAS normally shutdown the air space during and around Singapore National Day/rehearsal, Formula 1/rehearsal, airshow/conference events at Marina Bay and other air events.

4) Check with National-Park-Board's website that flying drone at that park is allowed.

These websites provide more detail boundaries of no-fly-zone. Official government website OneMap is still not that ready as on 31 Dec 2019.
