Sannas a famous Goan delicacy, is a steamed rice cake that has a soft texture and pleasant flavour. Traditionally toddy is used for fermenting batter but I have used yeast as it is easily available to all. Ingredients:
* Dosa / idli rice - 4 cup
* Urad dal - 1/2 cup
* Cooked white rice - 1/2 cup
* Water as required for grinding batter (add gradually) & to adjust consistency
* Salt - 2 tsp (as per the taste)

Yeast solution:
* Warm water. 1/4 ucp
* Sugar - 2 tbsp
* Yeast - 2 tsp

* Oil for greasing idli wati
