**About this Sound Bath**

We designed this Reiki sound bath for our dear friend Annette and will be the very first fundraiser we've done for the fight against Breast Cancer. We've combined very specific crystal bowl notes that we feel connect to each Reiki symbol, with the intention to enhance the energy of this experience. Here are a list of what we've used in order of their appearance.

1. Cho Ku Rei, Reiki - Level 1- This translates to “Placing all the power of the Universe here, now.” This symbol is used to open our access to the Universal Life Force Energy and the rest of the energies that will come in through the session. We've used this symbol first to open up our energy to receive the rest of the energies to come.

2. Sei He Ki, Reiki - Level 2- This translates to 'The earth and sky meet' . This is the Mental and Emotional Healing Reiki Symbol and aids in developing a more direct connection with your divine consciousness, allowing you to get to the heart of emotional issues. It represents our mental-emotional healing, harmony, and balance. We've used this symbol second to receive the first stage of our healing process.

3. Shika Sei Ki, Reiki - Level 2- This translates to 'Love that travels from heart to heart'. Shika Sei Ki aids in the removal of negative energies from the heart Chakra region by cleansing its structure and revitalizing the soul’s essence. We've used this symbol third to focus the healing of this session on the heart specifically.

4. Dai Ko Myo, Reiki- Level 3- The Master symbol, this translates to 'Great Shining Light'. Dai Ko Myo is a spiritual concept representing the gateway towards pure, divine light. It depicts the highest level of divine wisdom that one has access to. We've used this symbol fourth to bring in the final stages of the healing process and open the listener to enlightenment, energetic cleansing and spiritual growth.

5. Raku, Reiki - Level 3- This translates to 'Fire Serpent' . After the attunement procedure, Raku is ideal for cutting or separating the Reiki practicitioners energy fields from the subject and brings in deep grounding of the energies used. This is also a symbol of independence, passing on the ability to channel universal energy into the physical world. We've used this symbol last as it clears the final energies and grounds the body into the transformations that took place.
