In these episodes we work 1-1 to mentor students who want to grow profitable online fashion brands. We understand their vision and goals, then work with them to avoid mistakes that cost time and money.

We've all had our own brands, so we're teaching from experience not from theory. Between us Caliper mentors, we've sold over $200 million through our own brands. Now we're bringing that knowledge to the next generation of fashion brand builders.

In this episode, we're working with a student named Alessandra who came to us with a very common problem: She bought a bit too much stock before validating her products and her target market. Over the course of our roadmapping session, we analyse her current brand, then pivot slightly to a brand that has far more viability that solves a real problem for her target demographic.
