It means to rid of instant gratification habits, to reject the modern day consumerism, to reject excessive over-indulgence of bad foods and video games. Most importantly to find purpose. To return to the ways of man before social media, processed foods, and the social agendas of modern day. Social agendas that reject fitness, masculinity, and mental health.
