My Thoughts On The Redcat Gen8 V2 Upgrades After Running It At USTE

Описание к видео My Thoughts On The Redcat Gen8 V2 Upgrades After Running It At USTE

I didn't want to show up to USTE with a completely stock truck, so I made some changes to the looks and performance of my Redcat Gen8 V2 Scout ii. The servo was the most expensive upgrade, but I'm just a huge fan of Reefs RC servos and put them in most of my trucks now. Once you have quick, powerful steering, it's hard to go back. Luckily, my local Hobbytown stocks them and I can almost always get one when I need it last minute...like for this build.

I was more than happy with how it performed on the trails–granted these aren't the most difficult trails out there, but it was smooth. The creeper crawler motor and Hobbywing 1080ESC are probably the biggest bang for the buck improvement as it really gave me smooth and controlled crawling.

I like to shop at my local shops and you should too. If you have one, I recommend purchasing from them. If you don't have any local shops and want to support my channels, you can use the affiliate links below. Doesn't cost you anymore, but I do make a small commission.
