In this episode, me and pretty much all of Minnesota’s fisherman head out to one of the most popular designated trout lakes in the state for ice fishing opener. When the DNR stocks over 7000 trout in here, it can be an absolute blast as it was on this day. Hundreds, if not, thousands of trout swim under a hole during the 10 hours of fishing with quite a few supertankers too. Cooked up some hot lunch to keep me warm in the freezing cold temps and worked to figure out what sight fishing techniques could trick the slippery rainbows into eating…
