Maharlu Lake, also known as the “Pink Lake,” is one of the most fascinating natural attractions in Fars Province, Iran. In wet years, Maharlu Lake can cover hundreds of square kilometers, but during dry seasons, large parts of it turn into salt flats. Beyond its striking water color, the surrounding scenery and the reflection of the sky on its surface make it a popular destination for photographers and nature lovers.
