The Trajectory Aimer 2D is an easy to use tool for aiming and shooting projectiles. It draws out a path displaying the trajectory the projectile will fly before it is actually launched and is able to visualize collisions along the flight path.

If you want to easily add an aiming and shooting mechanic to your 2D game, Trajectory Aimer 2D will do the job! Whether you want to make a 2D basketball, golf, archery, or tank game or an Angry Birds style game, the Trajectory Aimer 2D can do it all.

In other words, the Trajectory Aimer 2D predicts the flight trajectory of a projectile before it is shot to allow players to aim. It does this using kinematic physics calculations. It also visualizes collisions using its collision detection (this setting can be turned on or off easily). If you would rather have a straight line show the direction of flight while aiming, this asset includes Straight Line Mode.
