A Republican Congressman from North Carolina is still upset that President Biden was able to deliver a solid State of the Union address many months ago, and he's now claiming that he has "evidence" that the President was "under the influence" of something while he was giving the speech. The interview that Congressman Greg Murphy gave to Fox News was bonkers, to say the least, and he didn't even manage to produce the so-called evidence that he claims to have.
