17 Comics by JACQUES TARDI | The English Hardcover Collection from Fantagraphics

Over the last eleven years, I have enjoyed getting to know the works of French comics maestro Jacques Tardi and I have Fantagraphics to thank for it. (As well as the friend who first handed me a copy of his work, a story I recount here). In this video I talk about why I love Tardi and offer a whirlwind look at seventeen of his books in English, sixteen of which are from Fantagraphics.
The late Kim Thompson was a champion, of course, but I am glad to see Fantagraphics continue this wonderful run of books, and the enhancements they're bringing to the new editions!
