We experience the world and its many facets with an utmost certainty. Many of us can see, smell, taste, touch, and hear what exists around us, and we perceive this world without a second thought. These parts, the ones that give us these senses, are so recognizable, it's impossible to not regard them in some way shape or form. We're fascinated by them, in its own special way they create the individual who wears them, creates the person, the character, and the embodiment of one living breathing thing. Their eyes, nose, mouth, are unique and tell us all about a mood, feeling, and personality of someone. These sensations, these pleasures and privileges, are often taken for granted, and it can be eye opening to understand a world beyond what we're capable of.

Familiar faces flood the corners and crannies of your neck of the woods, but in the Woods of the Nicked, you'll be lucky to find even one. It's a place where hues don't live, voices aren't heard, and faces don't exist. A place void of emotion, personality, and character, a place that cannot be seen from the inside out. It seems terrifying, even fatal just describing it, yet somehow, entering it erases your face, but life continues forward. Leaving you with just your sense of touch can be disorienting, but these woods seem special, like they're meant to guide you when you've lost your direction.

Recently, a strange tall figure has been seen on the outskirts, lurking around and allegedly "drawing victims" into the woods. Sightings have kept passerbys and locals far away from its perimeter, and yet many can't help but feel drawn to the woods even from afar. A calling to many creatures has recently been made from within its center, creatures manifested without faces that could potentially find peace of mind in the presence of others like them. With literally nothing to lose, these creatures continue to move forward, seemingly knowing the way through without ever entering the woods before. Could this mysterious stranger be bringing in these souls to their inevitable doom?
