⚖️ When God Confronts Corruption — and Offers Restoration
God spoke through Isaiah to leaders who looked righteous on the outside
but were broken on the inside.

They took bribes.
Ignored the poor.
Neglected the fatherless and the widow.
Justice had become selective —
and truth had a price tag.

God didn’t stay silent.

He warned that corruption would lead to loss, shame, and collapse —
that strength without righteousness would burn like dry grass.

But then… mercy broke through judgment.

God promised purification.
He promised to strip away corruption,
restore justice,
and rebuild righteousness.

The Bible says:

“I will restore your judges to what they were at first…
Then you will be called the City of Justice, the Faithful City.”
— Isaiah 1:26 (NLT)

And that’s when it becomes clear…
God doesn’t expose sin to destroy us —
He exposes it to redeem us.

Judgment is never the final word.
Restoration is.

When we turn back to Him,
He refines what’s been polluted,
heals what’s been broken,
and rebuilds what corruption tried to ruin.

God still calls people back to justice,
back to integrity,
back to Himself.

Choose repentance over pride.
Choose obedience over appearance.
And let God restore what compromise tried to steal.
