Hey everyone! I recently purchased some adidas Racer TR21 shoes that had glued insoles made from recycled material for the "End Plastic Waste" movement and they fell apart within weeks. When I went to change them out I struggled to get the old insoles out so I decided to make a video showing you all how I figured it out. Hope it helps!

Steps:
00:50 - Hair dry on high heat for 25-30 seconds
01:27 - Slowly peel back the insoles
03:06 - Slide in new insoles
