In this video, I walk you through the steps to remove the On Hold message on PayPal and get your funds. The steps for this must actually be taken by the person who sent you the funds. They have to go to their PayPal account, go to their order history click on Have Your Received This Order, and then click on Confirm. This will release the funds to you, the receiver of the money.
