Today gives us the opportunity to remind ourselves of the importance of forgiveness as it’s empowering, it sets us free and it allows us to find closure. Take a minute to reflect on your life and allow yourself to let go of any anger that may be built up inside of you as people who forgive tend to live a healthier life 🧘🏼‍♀️
